Tirau Explorer & Hamilton Lunch Run July 2024

The Club had a thoroughly enjoyable visit to Tirau and Hamilton. It all started with the Rotorua Crew and the Tauranga Crew convoying separately to Tirau, where we met up for a coffee and some good chit chat. In convoy, together this time, we headed to Tirau Museum, where we were treated to a visual extravaganza of all things old. From cars, tractors, typewriters, motobikes, money, army uniforms, pots, pans and even a dentists chair, that brought back a few memories.

From there we convoyed to Good George Brewing in Hamilton for some more good chit chat, lucky number prizes, best presented car prizes, and a delicious lunch. After that we all make our individual ways home, via Waikato towns. Some of us even managed another cheeky afternoon tea and cake on the way home.
