Children’s Christmas Party

This event was held on 15 December at the Te Puna Quarry Park, on a beautiful sunny day. We were fortunate to hire the Gallery building as it had an indoor venue with a kitchen, as well as the BBQ facility in the park. Six children, plus their parents, grandparents and committee members enjoyed a lovely BBQ lunch in the welcome shade of the trees by the gallery. The children enjoyed a variety of games, the Pinata being a great ‘hit’ and lots of fun. The children then enjoyed a surprise visit from Santa Claus and his lovely assistant. I am grateful to Brendon and Julie Phelps, Pauline Atkinson and members of the committee for their input and help. This was the final event of a successful, busy 2024 year for the Bay of Plenty Mustang Owners Club.
