aFORDable Waihi

After a quick change of plan due to Cyclone damage to our intended destination, we visited aFORDable in Waihi, for our March Run.  As you may guess, this is paradise for those who like to collect all things "Ford".  A little less expected is the massive collection of kitchen equipment from through the years.  Hosts, Peter and Lois, have a large display of Ford and kitchen memorabilila, as well as a shop where enthusiasts can be tempted into making a purchase or two.  Thanks to Peter and Lois for their hospitality and to Lois for the extra special biscuits.  Checkout the photo!  We met up for a picnic lunch at Waihi Beach and had the opportunity to get to know some of the newer members who joined us for the day.
