For this years New Members Run we are heading over to Stony Point on Lake Tarawera.
This is great location for a pic-a-nick (as Yogi Bear would say) and for the really brave perhaps a dip in the lake.
Great tiolet's, plenty of trees and we have secured private access from the Council for our park up. There are coin operated BBQ's as well.
So remember the deck-chairs or blankets, hats and sunscreen, BYO food etc, and join us for a great drive and social time with other club members and new members who have joined our club during 2024. Kids welcome.

Stoney Point Lake Tarawera, 151/153 Spencer Road
Tauranga crew meet at Tauranga Crossing at 9am.
Leave Tauranga Crossing at 9.15am after a short breifing.
Arrive at Wai-Ariki around 10.15 to meet up with the Rotorua crew for coffee and comfort stop. (Plenty of parking) (Rotorua crew gets a sleep in meet at Wai-Ariki at around 10.15)
Depart Wai-Ariki at around 11am for Stony Point around a 35min drive.
